This reserve, dedicated to the Centenary of the Caffo Distillery, was produced in limited quantities and in a new bottle specially created for the occasion. Its long preparation involves the infusion of numerous Calabrian herbs, flowers and fruits according to ancient artisanal methods and the use of fine batches of wine spirits, aged for a long time in Slavonian oak barrels and kept for decades in aging warehouses under the control of the Italian State. It is then further refined in oak barrels, in order to obtain maximum harmony between all its ingredients.
