Refund policy and right of withdrawal

This policy governs withdrawal, return, refund and support requests relating to purchases made on invictuswine.it.

Seller

The seller is GIORDANO EMILIA, a sole proprietorship trading under the business name Invictus Wine, with registered office at Via Edoardo Talamo 63, 84013 Cava de' Tirreni (SA), Italy, VAT number 06115450659.

1. Right of withdrawal

If you are purchasing online as a consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an explicit statement of your decision, including at least your first and last name, order number, email address and the products concerned. You can write to invictuswinebar@gmail.com or call us on +39 327 118 1251. We will then send you the return instructions.

2. Return conditions

After notifying us of your withdrawal, please return the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of that notification. Products must be returned intact, unused, unopened and unaltered and, where applicable, in their original packaging and suitably packed for transport.

These conditions do not limit the rights granted to you by law in the event of a damaged, defective or non-conforming product.

3. Return costs

Unless otherwise stated in writing by Invictus Wine or required by mandatory provisions of law, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

4. Refunds

Once we have received your withdrawal notice, we will refund the payments received without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you.

To the extent permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer are not refundable.

5. Sale items

Items purchased on sale are covered by the same mandatory protections provided by law. Any limitations may apply only in the cases expressly permitted by applicable legislation.

6. Damaged bottles or delivery problems

If the parcel or a bottle arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as you open the parcel. To help us handle your request quickly, send us your order number and, where possible, photos of the outer packaging, the damaged product and the shipping label.

Asking for photos serves to verify the problem and does not limit the rights granted to you by law.
