The website invictuswine.it trades under the business name Invictus Wine. The seller is GIORDANO EMILIA, a sole proprietorship with registered office at Via Edoardo Talamo 63, 84013 Cava de' Tirreni (SA), Italy, VAT number 06115450659.

The wine shop open to the public and the collection point indicated on the site are located at Corso Principe Amedeo 225, 84013 Cava de' Tirreni (SA), Italy. The registered office and the collection point are two separate addresses.

2. Products and availability

Product information, images, vintages and descriptions are provided to help you choose. Actual availability is shown on the site and may change before the order is completed.

If a product is no longer available after your order has been submitted, we will contact you promptly to explain the situation and agree on the applicable solution, including a refund of any amounts already paid for the unavailable product.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. Any shipping costs or free shipping thresholds are displayed in the cart and at checkout before you confirm your order.

The available payment methods are those shown at checkout. Submitting an order entails the obligation to pay using the selected method.

After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation at the contact details you provided. Please check the order details carefully and contact us promptly in the event of an error or if you need assistance.
