This wine is grown on unilateral Guyot vines, the soil of the land is an evolution of marls and sandstones of Eocene origin, it is harvested manually in crates, generally starting from mid-September, vinified in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature.

The colour is intense ruby ​​red, the taste fresh and frank with fine tannins and a long persistence.

Richly spiced and fruity with wild cherries and blackberries.
