LIMOUSIN OAK GRAPPA-COLLESI

A careful selection of pomace is distilled in a bain-marie with a discontinuous steam method. It is then refined in small wooden barrels of Limousin Oak, in a cozy and dark environment. During the aging of 18 months, the wood slowly releases its aromas to the distillate, giving it a precious roundness.
