GRAPPA BARRIQUE AMERICAN OAK-COLLESI

A careful selection of pomace is distilled in a bain-marie with a discontinuous steam method. It is then refined in small American oak barrels, in a cosy and dark environment. During the 18-month aging process, the wood slowly releases its aromas to the distillate, giving it a precious roundness.
