It is a Nero di Troia rosé obtained from the vinification of grapes selected by the Passionero brand.

These, after careful manual harvesting and soft pressing, are vinified at low temperatures and, at the end of fermentation, the must is refined in steel.

Cherry pink in color, fruity and floral on the nose. Fresh, balanced and persistent on the palate.
