Mistrà Fontezoppa is an excellent liqueur based on an ancient recipe and is made with the best Italian ingredients. The raw materials are expertly distilled in a bain-marie with a discontinuous steam method, where the Head and the tail are eliminated, so as to isolate the heart rich in those aromas that well identify anise. After the distillation phase, the mistrà is left to rest in the steel silo, after which it is brought to the desired strength with pure spring water.
