Merlot DOC Friuli Colli Orientali RoncSoreli is a fine red wine produced using pure Merlot vines, then vinified with fermentation on the skins in steel tanks for about 10 days and at a controlled temperature using selected yeasts. Then refined in steel tanks until bottling.
