MALVASIA MALACHÈ -FIERAMOSCA

It is obtained from the vinification of Malvasia grapes perfectly exposed and grown in the ideal microclimate of Barletta. These, after careful manual harvesting and soft pressing, are vinified at low temperature and the must is sent for refinement in steel. Straw yellow color, the nose is complex, floral and the taste is fresh, fine and of good persistence.
