CHERRY WOOD GRAPPA-COLLESI

A careful selection of pomace is distilled in a bain-marie with a discontinuous steam method. It is then refined in small cherry wood barrels in a cozy and dark environment. During the refining process, the wood slowly releases its aromas to the distillate, giving it a precious roundness.
