Full and enveloping taste, persistent. In the mouth, when tasted it causes an explosion of fresh and bitter notes of the Sardinian Mediterranean scrub. It recalls aromas and perfumes.
The wild nature is perfectly balanced by the bittersweet taste of strawberry tree honey, the finish is decidedly balsamic. St. John's wort and mugwort persist throughout the mouth.

Colore ambrato intenso con venature calde sui toni del marrone più scuro.
Il profumo è forte e caratteristico. Si apre con coinvolgenti note vegetali, ricordi di erbe officinali, iperico, santolina e timo accompagnati da note di miele di corbezzolo, profumo di artemisia e macchia mediterranea
Gusto pieno e avvolgente, persistente. In bocca, all’assaggio provoca un’esplosione di note fresche e amare della macchia mediterranea sarda. Richiama aromi e profumi. La natura selvaggia è perfettamente bilanciata dal sapore agrodolce del miele di corbezzolo, il finale è decisamente balsamico. In bocca persistono su tutto l’iperico e l’artemisia
